Mass Save is Massachusetts’ nationally recognized award-winning energy efficiency program. Launched in 2008 under a mandate from the Massachusetts Green Communities Act, it transformed the state’s fragmented utility rebate programs into a unified, statewide initiative overseen by the Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council.
